❄️ Holiday Puff Pastry Snowflake Stacks

A Silver-Shimmer Christmas Dessert

These puff pastry snowflake stacks are crispy, delicate, and filled with a fluffy silver Dream Whip that looks like sparkling winter snow. With three layers of pastry and two layers of shimmering cream, they make the perfect festive treat for the holidays.


⭐ Ingredients

Puff Pastry Snowflakes

• 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

• Snowflake cookie cutter

• Parchment paper

Silver Glitter Dream Whip

• 1 envelope Dream Whip

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 2–3 tablespoons powdered sugar

• ½ cup milk or milk substitute

• A LOT of silver edible glitter ✨

⭐ Instructions

1. Cut the Snowflakes

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry.

3. Cut out as many snowflakes as you can using the cookie cutter.

4. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Lightly poke each one with a fork so they don’t puff too much.


2. Bake Until Golden

1. Add another piece of parchment on top of the snowflakes.

2. Place a second baking sheet on top to keep them flat.

3. Bake for 15 minutes.

4. Remove the top sheet + parchment.

5. Return to the oven and bake 5 more minutes until lightly golden.

6. Cool completely.


3. Make the Silver Dream Whip

1. Add Dream Whip, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk to a bowl.

2. Whip until thick, fluffy, and smooth.

3. Add lots of silver edible glitter until it sparkles like metallic snow.

4. Chill while the pastries cool.


4. Assemble the Triple Snowflake Stack

Build each dessert in this order:

1. Snowflake

2. Silver Dream Whip

3. Snowflake

4. Silver Dream Whip

5. Snowflake

Press gently so the stack stays even.
Dust the top with powdered sugar or more silver glitter for a snowy finish. ❄️✨


⭐ Tips

• Make the puff pastry layers ahead and assemble right before serving.

• Use a star piping tip for extra pretty swirls.

• Add extra glitter right before serving for maximum sparkle.
