Everything Bagel Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread

• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2–3 tablespoons everything-but-the-bagel seasoning

1. In a large bowl, mix the lukewarm water and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Add the bread flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Knead until smooth and elastic.
3. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 and a half hours.
