Everything Bagel Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread

If you love everything bagels and melty cheese, this pull-apart bread is about to become your new favorite bake. It’s soft on the inside, golden on the outside, packed with savory everything-bagel flavor, and layered with plenty of Parmesan for that irresistible cheesy pull. Perfect for brunch, holidays, or serving alongside soups and salads.

Ingredients

• 1½ cups lukewarm water

• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

• 3 cups bread flour

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 2–3 tablespoons everything-but-the-bagel seasoning

• 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1. In a large bowl, mix the lukewarm water and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

2. Add the bread flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Knead until smooth and elastic.

3. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 and a half hours.

4. Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese and everything-bagel seasoning.

5. Slice the dough in half, stack the layers, then slice and stack again to create multiple layers.

6. Arrange the stacked dough pieces upright in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise again for about 30 minutes.

7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes, until golden brown and baked through.

8. Let cool slightly, then pull apart and enjoy warm.

Tips & Variations

• Add mozzarella or cheddar for extra cheese pull.

• Brush the top with melted butter before baking for extra richness.

• Serve warm with cream cheese, marinara, or garlic butter for dipping.
