Viral Dubai Chocolate chewy cookies!
These no-bake viral Dubai chocolate cookies are chewy, rich, and filled with a creamy pistachio–kataifi center. Pouring the marshmallow mixture onto a sheet pan before shaping makes this recipe so much easier and cleaner to work with.
Ingredients
Marshmallow Chocolate Layer
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cups marshmallows
• 1–2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon milk powder
Pistachio Kataifi Filling
• 1 jar pistachio butter
• 1 cup kataifi (shredded phyllo dough or shredded wheat cereal broken up works to LOL)
For Rolling
• Cocoa powder, as needed

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pistachio Filling
In a bowl, mix pistachio butter and kataifi until fully combined. Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place on a tray. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.
Step 2: Make the Marshmallow Chocolate
In a pan over low heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until smooth and melted. Mix in cocoa powder and milk powder until glossy and combined.
Step 3: Pour & Cool (Easier Shaping Method)
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour the marshmallow mixture evenly onto the sheet and spread slightly. Let it cool until warm and pliable, not hot.
Step 4: Shape the Truffles
Cut or scoop portions from the sheet. Flatten slightly, place a frozen pistachio filling in the center, and roll into a ball.
Step 5: Coat
Roll each truffle in cocoa powder until fully coated.
