Viral Dubai Chocolate Biscoff Pop Tarts 🤎✨

These Viral Dubai Chocolate Biscoff Pop Tarts are a flaky, indulgent homemade treat inspired by the internet-famous Dubai chocolate desserts—with a Biscoff upgrade. Layers of buttery puff pastry are filled with crispy kataifi (shredded phyllo dough) mixed with creamy Biscoff cookie butter, baked until golden, then finished with a smooth chocolate icing.

They’re crunchy, gooey, chocolatey, and completely irresistible.


Ingredients

For the Pop Tarts

• 1 box puff pastry, thawed

• 1 cup kataifi (shredded phyllo dough or crushed shredded wheat works LOL), finely chopped

• ½–¾ cup Biscoff cookie butter

For the Chocolate Icing

• 1 cup powdered sugar

• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

• 1–2 tablespoons corn syrup

• 2–3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1. Prep the Oven & Pastry
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into equal squares. Place half of the squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

2. Make the Biscoff Filling
In a bowl, mix the chopped kataifi with the Biscoff cookie butter until fully combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.

3. Assemble the Pop Tarts
Spoon the filling into the center of each pastry square, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top with another pastry square. Seal edges with a fork and gently poke holes on top for steam.

4. Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

5. Make the Chocolate Icing
Whisk powdered sugar and cocoa powder together. Add corn syrup and milk a little at a time until smooth and pourable.

6. Ice & Serve
Drizzle the chocolate icing over the cooled pop tarts. Let the icing set, then enjoy!
